Chuckle...  Reminds me of the time when I was Chiefing at KSUE & 
walked into a staff meeting one morning to find the owner, Cecil Webb 
giving the sales staff a bit of what for cause their commercials were 
always too long.  Went on at great length about how that was giving 
away the farm etc.

When he got done, he picked up his morning worksheets and stepped into 
a booth to cut a spot for the local moviehouse that we all knew would 
be billed as a 30:.  Checked it half an hour later, it was 69 seconds 
long.  Cecil was not a slow talker.  We used that for quite a while 
cause Cecil couldn't do a 30: ever, always writing more into the spot 
than an auctioneer could have put in a 30:  Poor form to pick on the 
owner that way, but....  Snicker.
