RTSI has it: ftp://os9archive.rtsi.com/RSDOS/UTIL/tc.bin there's also
tc512k.bin if you've got a 512K CoCo3.

There's also a version on the Princeton archive,
http://ftp.maltedmedia.com/coco/princeton_coco_files/tc2.cuts tc3.cuts
and tc3.doc but I think that tc512k.bin is the newest version. I
found it to be pretty straight-forward to use.

(To use the stuff from the Princeton archive, first you'll need CUTS,
...princeton_coco_files/cuts.bas)

on os9archive. RSDOS/UTIL/dshrink.bin

It is very confusing that the dshrink compressed disk images have the
same extention as emulator virtual disks. They are different. Also,
The Compressor .arc files are not PKARC type arc files.

There's LOTS of other goodies on RTSI and the old Princeton archive.
Check it out.
