You are right of course. But I decided to chime in to say that I did use
Jeff's emulator on just that kind of a system. It was called a Bridgeboard
(a PC on a card that fitted into an Amiga). It had a 50hz 486 and I ran
Jeff's emulator which seemed to run at pretty close to the actual CoCo
speed. I even was able to print, but THAT took forever to finish. I only
did that once 8-)
