French broadcast TV uses a unique system called SECAM (Sequential with 
Memory).  I wonder if Tandy ever made Cocos with SECAM output.  I doubt it, since 
the market is smaller than for PAL, which is used in countries besides its home 
in Germany.
Also SECAM may be more difficult to generate.  Anyone know for sure?  --Mike
