Jim, here is the simplest memory size test short of shining
a flashlight through the slits just above the TANDY label
to see if there is a memory board installed:

POKE1024,64:LPOKE66560,16:PRINT8*PEEK(1024)"K IN THIS COCO3"

If you only have 128K, the LPOKE writes to a ghost image of
the 1024 location and changes the just-stored size code.
