[Coco] Nitros9 3.2.0 6809L2 on real hardware

Playing around with it tonight, seeing if it likes my hardware...

A weird thing/bug: adding these three lines to disk1's startup file
crashes NitrOS-9.

iniz /w1
display 1b 20 02 00 00 50 18 00 02 02 > /w1
shell i=/w1 &

Sometimes it just hangs, sometimes with sparklies or the VDG cursor will
turn a strange color.

This is on the distribution disk 1.  OS9boot's CRCs are all good, it
has windint, w, and w1-w7.

If I type in those commands to the shell after it's running, they work
fine, but putting them in startup doesn't.  Weird.

I've also been having some trouble getting it to boot with /dd as my
Glenside IDE drive.  As /H0, it works, and will boot with the sysgo_h0
on the boot floppy.  I haven't tested all possibilities yet.
