[arg_discuss] What skills do you need for working in ARGs & transmedia

Project Management.

Like you say, there's a lot of contracting out for various tasks.
Keeping all your contractors and your internal team working smoothly
together can be an art form in itself.

And like the others say: Know at least a little about the technologies
you use most often, so that you know what's realistic, and you're
capable of talking to your contractors in a language they understand.
