[arg_discuss] White Paper - 2010 Edition

I would like to second that, actually. It would be useful for the editors as
well when they are going over people's stuff. BTW, not sure I volunteered
already, but count me as one of your editors. Too much going on right now to
author a section, but would love to help out as an editor...
