[arg_discuss] CORRECTION: Next SIG Chat: Sept. 25

It's uncanny how I do this, isn't it? In my defense, in a chatroom
full to bursting with other SIG members, nobody said anything about
the date. ^_^

OK, let's bump it a week later, to Thursday, Sept. 25, same bat time,
same bat channel.
