We have just started researching the ARG potential in a Dutch educational
project on the use of virtual worlds in modern language education. The
partnership consists of secondary (3), vocational (2) and HE-teacher
training schools (3) and e-learning service providers (2).

Key goals are to realise training and assesments of oral skills in a virtual
world and apply adventure-like formats for (a)synchronous use of the MUVE.

We have joined a research pilot that is being organised by the national
School network 'Kennisnet' & and its HE variant 'SURF'

I would be interested to get into contact with others interested in
educational applications of ARG.
