Although it's a very semantically unstable term inside the organisation...

If you're in new media, it means something ARG like and creative and wonderful
If you're in telly, it means having a shiny yet empty marketing
website with lots of flash.

It's one of those terms that gets used to imply you're paying
attention to the future in commissioning bids.
