[arg_discuss] ARG SIG News Dec 2006: whitepaper, talks, call for volunteers

I'm trying to copy information out of the PDF, but I'm having trouble
with it. Is there a word version of the whitepaper available?

Also should discussion of how to handle the whitepaper/wiki happen on a
wiki discussion page?
