[arg_discuss] How long is your dev cycle?

I'm not on the grassroots end, but I agree that the size of your team
(and thus, budget) makes a big difference in dev time. Also important
- having a team that "gets it."

If even a few team members (including clients with approve/deny) fail
to understand the process or the point of what you're doing, it makes
extra work for those who do buy in. Most frustrating is when they
appear to be getting it, up until the last minute.

But I think with a great team of the right size, I'd put the ARG dev
minimum time at four weeks.

Whoever it is on the 3-week schedule, let us know how it goes. :-)
