Changes include: * Generic updates in text to reflect advances in informational technology * References to dues and terms of office have been moved from the VSCLS Bylaws to the VSCLS Policy Manual The proposed changes first need to be approved by the VSCLS Membership. The vote will take place at the Business Meeting on Monday, April 16, 2007 during the Annual Spring Meeting in Williamsburg, VA. You may review and print the Bylaws prior to the meeting.
