[TCM] Pediatric question again

Hi!

For all thoes who has knowledge&experience in Pediatric Acupuncture I have a 
question--

A baby of 8.5 months, is suffering from a slight ear infection! He has not 
had the vaccenes (I mention this because of the HI posibility) The symptoms 
known are- some fever, slght ear wax, bright eyes, and a slight cough from 
time to time.

Does anyone have any ideas for treatment to share?
