[TCM] Moxa what happened to the traffic?

I just wasn't sure about the Moxa cause one of my teachers once said that 
the heat could confuse the fetus's mind.. but hey I bet that's if one does 
it on the lower abdomen etc.. or feat.. but I don't see how moxa on the 
wrist affects the fetus.
