[Herb-students] recent FDA ruling on Ma Huang and Ban Xia

According to Evergreen/Lotus Herbs( owners Tina and John Chen), Tina said on 3-5-04 that it will effect Traditional Asian Medicine for Ma Huang and Ban Xia will not be allowed in the country as of 4-12/14 at the ports. Whatever amount is in the US now is what Asian medicine producers have to utilize.  For first hand information call 1-866-473-3697 Evergreen Herbs. They also sent emails out with the FDA ruling. They would be happy to put you on their email list.

I am from Australia,   and am interested in the recent FDA ruling on Ma Huang and Ban Xia,    as the above quote.

Can anybody direct me to the ruling please,  so that I may give to our TCM groups here and we monitor the situation here?
