Thank You for clarifying the nature of distribution of the info sent out as 
well as replies and responses-- although, as a new subscriber, I was just 
catching on.

Thanks, also, for the insightful look into the 'durability' of herbs-- I 
think it will be very helpful to consider it's length of stay and/ or depth 
of 'affect' in the body.  Examples used were also great in demonstrating the 
meaning behind this "thick and thin" concept.  I am appreciating the info.

I look forward to more intersting things to learn here!
