Here is a picture of my tone board (TS-32). It was wired only to decode, not
encode. How difficult is this to wire to encode, too. Is the wire connection
to the controller or somewhere on the radio.

A question first...
Do you want the encode tone on the transmitter all the time (all the 
time the repeater transmitter is on) or do you want the encode tone only 
on the transmitter when there is receiver COS?
