[CBI Men's Club] CBI Men's Club Installation Dinner - Follow-up

I had inadvertently left off the cost information for the Installation
dinner.  The dinner is free for Men's Club members.  There is a flat fee
of $10 per family of Men's Club members attending.

If you have already responded, there is no need to respond again.
