Before you get too excited, don't pre-order the book. I'll buy a bunch
of copies at wholesale prices and send them at cost to anyone on this
list. That means you'll pay roughly 50% of the list price plus
shipping ($2.07 in the US and no idea internationally). I'll make
another announcement when I actually have them and the final price is
set. This doesn't hurt my royalties, either. I get paid based on what
O'Reilly gets, not what the book sells for. I get the author discount
which is the same that retail pays for the book. :)
