I'll buy a beer basket (or suitable replacement gift for teetotalers like
myself) for someone who comes up with a tag line for Mastering Perl that
O'Reilly accepts. Alternately, I can be cornered at a conference and forced
to make good at a local pub. I'm terrible at this sort of thing and they've
already rejected my suggestions :)

The tag line is the little sentence fragment at the top of the cover.
For the Llama it's "Making Easy Things Easy & Hard Things Possible".
The Alpaca has "Beyond the Basics of Learning Perl".

For Mastering Perl I'd like to emphasize that it's practical and useful to
making real life applications.
