[Mastering-perl] Mastering Perl in final hours

I've  completed the technical review of Mastering Perl, and I wasn't
as abused as I expected to be. That's not so much a reflection on my
abilities as that of everyone who's been reading this list and sending
back comments along the way. Thanks everyone! I'm hoping to finish off
the last things tonight and let the book sit for the rest of the week
before I turn it into O'Reilly next monday (two days before the
deadline).

The latest chapter sources are on the website, and for the most part
they are the same thing they were a month ago. The changes are:

* Added a section on pack() to the persistence chapter

* Filled out the logging chapter with some more examples

* Re-did the regular expressions chapter (not quite done though)

* All the XXX's should be gone, except for a few things the copyeditors fill in

* All of the chapter cross references are resolved
