[Mastering-perl] New Chapters for Mastering Perl

I've been really quiet recently. Coming up with an entirely new book
isn't as easily as improving a previous edition.
I've thrown a lot of text into several chapters (Benchmarking,
Profiling, Advanced Regex, Tied Variables, Configuration, Bit Vectors,
and probably some others) so I at least have a starting point. That's
easier than a blank screen. Feel free to comment on any of the
content, but realize that it's a bit early for fine tuning. I just
need to get the right topics and ideas into place. :)
I've updated the website to automatically link to whatever chapters I
have in the repository, no matter their state (and you can see how I
do that by looking in the repository, although it's hardly exciting).
Since I've been hanging out with Randal in Portland (and am now typing
this in the same McMenamins where he wrote the original Llama on a
Powerbook 140), I've had another chance to talk about what the book
might be. I've have to think about that some more though.
