[Mastering-perl] Taint checking (duh!)

I've been quiet for a while, but I have been working on Mastering
Perl. I had this relevation the other day that I never thought about
covering taint checking, and that's the one thing that we wanted to
cover in Learning Perl and Intermediate Perl, but didn't have enough
room. Of course I have to cover it.

I really like how this chapter came out, which, I've learned in my
years of writing, is a perfect reverse barometer.

Next up is the Advanced Regex section, which is only lacking decent
examples. I think I have to flow down. It just needs some code.

Let me know what you think. I've got to polish off half the book in
the next two months. :)
