Pro Perl Debugging from Apress is far more than you ever wanted to know
about the perl debugger. I do want to cover custom debuggers though, so I'll
have to at least start with perl5db.p :)

The progression goes like this (with no animal for this new book yet and the
Camel omnipresent)

      Llama -> Alpaca -> Mastering Perl -> Panther

"Intermediate Perl" is the second edition of the Llama. We changed the title
because it better reflects the purpose and the content of the book ( and it's
a heck of a lot easier to remember).

I've put the new Alpaca preface on the Mastering Perl page for the people
who want to see what's in the second edition:
