I'll usually catch those in an editing pass, but at the moment I'm at
the stage where I just want to get stuff into the chapter.

Typically, when I go back through it, I'll change complete paragraph
and sections so I don't sweat the small stuff until it gets closer to
a final form. you know what they say about premature optimization. :)
