Ah, check out the website:

The chapters are there in HTML and there are also instructions for the
source repository. If people want to submit code-like patches, that's
fine too. It might be easier than trying to type out the changes. If
you merely have a comment instead of a change, you can just make it
inline then send me the diff, if that's easier.
