[LSC] File Format Restrictions for Official Parts

If the red stuff is stripped, can whoever does it post what has been stripped here. I **may** just get some time to address these in the next months.

OK, I updated the scratch pad to add the sticker stuff and the <CR><LF> at the end of the last line requirement. Note that the document doesn't actually mention regular composite part shortcuts, but probably should. Having said that, I think it's better for us to get something officially ratified that's incomplete than to try for completeness and never get around to ratifying. I would suggest that we strip the red stuff out and vote on what we have now. Then, assuming that passes, we can go in and add more stuff as desired.

Even though both can be managed, I favor the forced CRLF at the end last line (this allows concatenation of files without extra care). Especially if this rule can be automatically enforced by Parts Tracker as Chris suggested.
