[LSC] Parts+stickers

My personal opinion is that shortcuts with stickers should only be allowed
when the sticker goes on a single part. The "d" for decal would then work
in conjunction with the part's number. Having said that, this isn't
something that I feel strongly about, so while it makes sense to allow that
(and use "d"), I'm not going to campaign for it to be allowed. However,
whether or not that is allowed, the "c" in the linked part seems bad, since
that "c" has a specific meaning, and this doesn't match that meaning.
