[LSC] Parts+stickers

Ok. If you would like to see this as a global shortcut (I did not 
before) then I am with you, that we can allow this.
But if we allow at global shortcut also an applied sticker is also an 
applied sticker that covers two or more bricks also allowed, if yes what 
name should that have?
