[LSC] Parts+stickers

Why should having a part with a sticker pre-applied be different from a
shortcut, as far as being suitable for inclusion in the official library? I
do feel that it should have a special naming convention, but I don't
understand why it should be disallowed. It seems to me that if it makes
sense to have a shortcut for the entire Power Functions IR remote control,
for example, it makes just as much sense to have a shortcut for a solar
panel with sticker applied (also, for example). Why should one be allowed,
but not the other? Why shouldn't we allow pre-stickered versions of the
following parts?
