[LSC] colors

Good work Philo.
No, you are not blind. I tried MLCad an there is Trans_Black no. 32. I
am very confused with the colors and therefor I think it is time for the
LSC to takeover the ownership and maintanence for that!
There are several aspects that we have to care about. First of all the
name of the color. Should it be with abbraviations like "DrkStone" or
all written with "_" between the words (Dark_Stone). I think, as it is
already like a standard the second version should be fixed.
For the communication about the colors we should use html-files, because
everybody can read that on their system and it is easy to change it. A
sample what I am talking about is attached.
This is because I had wrong colors in the excel sheet (maybe because I
am using Excel 97).
