Nope.

Real life (work) got in the way, then I had to prepare for a large Lego display in a large model show, then I had to get our UK Lego club newletter out the door, then more work occurred, then I just when I thought I had some time last week I went sick.

I suggest we adopt what is currently on the LSC Scratch Pad as the Draft version, get it an official page on the web site, and clear the scratch pad for other stuff

I think we have to go forward now with this item and solve the last problems if there are any.
