[LSC] New topic to pick up!

I removed the format restrictions entry from the list.  Editing an existing
document is relatively straightforward.  As long as you are logged into
ldraw.org, you will have an edit link at the top of articles that you're
allowed to edit.  Click that, then make changes in the big text box at the
bottom, then click save.
