[LSC] File Format Restrictions for Official Parts - Article

The PT has for many years enforced the DOS-style line endings.

 

It does not currently complain about old style comments (0 ..).

 

The other restrictions, I'm not sure about.

who does make an announcement that the specs have been finished?

Is the PT already familar with the new rules?
