[LSC] Transparent stickers and color 16

If I understand this correctly, then you would have the transparent
portion of a sticker made with color 16 instead color 47.
If you use that sticker you assign the sticker the color you need. Correct?
But that would only work if your background is for the whole transparent
portion the same color!
Oh, and when you have a not the same color you use transparent color for
the sticker.
I think it can work!
