[LSC] Transparent stickers and color 16

I forgot to mention, but if a sticker is actually translucent (say
see-through yellow), then I agree that using the corresponding transparent
color makes sense. But the sticker in question is clear, and I think that
color 16 makes sense for the clear portion of a clear sticker.
