[LSC] Transparent stickers and color 16

Transparent colors aren't actually transparent, they're translucent. I
suspect that using color 47 would produce bad looking results in just about
any renderer, and would definitely look bad in any renderer that uses a
checkerboard stipple pattern for transparency.
