[LSC] LDraw.org Official Library Header Specification

There is only one PT username per author, BUT not all part authors have a PT username.

Some (old) parts were authored by people who never joined the PT, so the header can only credit them by name and not by name and username

For me, the author line will read
0 Author: William Howard [WilliamH]

but for an author without a PT username it will read (for example)
0 Author: James Jessiman

  If understand the question correctly, it's just one username. Folks need to register with LDraw.org to get an LDraw username. If they want to submit parts to the Parts Tracker, I just assign the necessary to that username.
