[LSC] LDraw.org Official Library Header Specification

If understand the question correctly, it's just one username. Folks need to register with LDraw.org to get an LDraw username. If they want to submit parts to the Parts Tracker, I just assign the necessary to that username.Chris Dee(chris_w_dee at hotmail.com)
