dear lsc,

do you still need me to re-link something ? looking through the specs I got the impression 
that the various articles should be formatted the same harmonizing <hr /> <style> and 
<div> statements by taking the header specs - http://www.ldraw.org/Article398.html for 
layout reference.

furthermore I suggest that:

carry your "Note: This document is an offical LSC specification and/or lanaguage 
extension. Material changes can only be made after ratification by the LSC. Ratified 
yyyy-mm-dd3"
