[LSC] Elections for LSC 2007/2008

I know that the PT Admins are working like crazy to get both the new CA compatible parts library and the next parts update complete and out the door but I'm concerned that the parts update will not occur by October 14th and hence impact of the eligibility of certain parts authors/reviewers to stand for election

Requirements for LSC Membership
To ensure only competent, dedicated, and active contributors are eligible to become members of the LSC, they shall have met one or more of the following requirements for nomination: 

  a.. Authored at least two LDraw parts subsequently released in an Official LDraw.org Parts Update 
  b.. Served as a reviewer on the Parts Tracker through at least 2 official parts updates, and posted at least 5 reviews in at least two updates since their initial participation
  c.. ...
Due to the lack of parts updates (for very understandable reasons) the first two criteria are currently flawed.

I would like the SteerCo to consider extending 
 * the first criteria to include any PARTs currently on the tracker with a status of CERTIFIED! 
 * the second criteria to include any PARTs currently on the tracker with a status of CERTIFIED! or NEEDS ADMIN REVIEW
