[LSC] LDraw File Spec -Diagrams

I've done some basic diagrams for the spec.
They will suffice for the purposes of discussion and ratifying the spec, but
I'm far from happy with the artistic ability displayed within them!
However, I don't see improving the visual appearance of a diagram as a
"material change" to the spec, so these can always be tidied up and/or
improved later
