[LSC] Shortcuts, Aliases and Physical _Colour labels in the Parts library

I think the difference between an alias and a composite part may sometimes
be subtle, but there's one important component: alias (or shortcut) files
are provided to cover more known part numbers, making things easier for
modelers, translators, and database types. Composite parts are actual parts
(most people would probably identify the composite part as more of a 'real
part' than the components which make up the composite part).

Composite parts are necessary to the library, in the sense of the library
parts mapping nicely to real life. Aliases are not as necessary.

It does imply that, but I strongly suspect that this was an oversight. And
even if it wasn't, I would argue that the term "shortcut" is ubiquitous
enough in the library in XXXXc01.dat files that it has that meaning also by
default. If you do a search for "shortcut" in the official library, you'll
find a whole bunch of instances of both meanings. As long as the definition
of shortcut allows 1 or more parts, and makes color specification optional,
we're still good.

The official definitions of Part, Subpart, Primitive, 48_Primitive, and
Shortcut should probably all be added to the spec, though (another item for
next year's LSC).
