[LSC] Shortcuts, Aliases and Physical _Colour labels in the Parts library

It does imply that, but I strongly suspect that this was an oversight. And
even if it wasn't, I would argue that the term "shortcut" is ubiquitous
enough in the library in XXXXc01.dat files that it has that meaning also by
default. If you do a search for "shortcut" in the official library, you'll
find a whole bunch of instances of both meanings. As long as the definition
of shortcut allows 1 or more parts, and makes color specification optional,
we're still good.

The official definitions of Part, Subpart, Primitive, 48_Primitive, and
Shortcut should probably all be added to the spec, though (another item for
next year's LSC).
