[LSC] Shortcuts, Aliases and Physical _Colour labels in the Parts library

/parts/?n=6017 Steve implies that XXXXc01.dat files are not shortcuts. How
do you expect these to be identified with the new Parts header? Specifically
how should the “0 !LDRAW_ORG …” line look? It seems that what Steve is
thinking of as shortcuts are now covered by the Alias and Physical_Colour
qualifiers.
