[LSC] Connection database

I agree that it should go on the laundry list.  However, my personal opinion
here is something along the lines of "he who gets there first makes the
rules".  The LCD document has been on ldraw.org for years now, and nobody
has used it.  Now we have someone making an actual program, and it seems to
me that his opinions on what works are more important than the LSC's, since
he has an actual working program (assuming the program works, of course).

Having said that, in this case Sergio has actual meta-commands embedded in
custom patched copies of official parts, and I did let him know that I
thought that was a bad idea.  If there's any chance that connection info
will make it into official files (and my understanding is that this is about
as likely as pigs flying without outside assistance), then of course the
format of the meta-commands would clearly be decided upon by the LSC.
