[LSC] Connection database

I don't have a problem with putting it on the LSC laundry list, but that is 
no guarentee "that it will worked out by the new
elected LSC" - after all, it only took 4 years for the newly elected (4 
times) LSC to work out the LDraw File Format ;-)
