[LSC] Connection database

I've been contacted once moreby Sergio Reano regarding a
standard for the connection database:

he seeks some input or at least get in touch with the LSC. I
understand that with the election so close you're not in the
mood to dive into this but IMHO it would help if you could
put down some words explaining that you will set it on the
LSCs "laundry list" and that it will worked out by the new
elected LSC.
